4.4 How do I develop a communications plan suitable for my area, region, or country?

Following the steps in section 4.3 can greatly enhance and improve the effectiveness of your communications campaign. As the information distributed and the media chosen must be appropriate for the rabies situation and audience in the target country, every communications plan will look different.
